Please read these terms carefully. By using HyperSentinel you agree to them.
1Definitions
- Agent. The automated software that reads the positions of large traders, forms a consensus signal and submits orders to your exchange account.
- Agent key. An exchange API key generated for your account with trade-only permissions. It can place and cancel orders and can never withdraw funds.
- Funding carry. A market-neutral pair (long spot, short perpetual, same asset) the Agent may hold with idle capital to collect funding payments.
- High-water mark. The highest realized account value recorded by the Service for your account.
2Nature of the Service
HyperSentinel is non-custodial software. It is not a bank, broker-dealer, exchange, custodian, money transmitter, investment adviser or fund manager. We never take custody or control of your assets. Your funds remain in your own Hyperliquid account at all times. You may revoke the agent key on the exchange at any moment.
3Eligibility and restricted persons
- You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter these Terms.
- You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Service from, any jurisdiction where its use is unlawful, and you must not be subject to sanctions or appear on any sanctions list.
- You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service is lawful where you are. The Service is not offered where prohibited.
4No advice; no fiduciary relationship
Nothing on the site, in the assistant or produced by the Agent is financial, investment, legal, accounting or tax advice, nor an offer, solicitation or recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. The assistant answers from recorded market state and refuses to forecast prices. No fiduciary, advisory or trust relationship is created.
5Wallet and account security
You are solely responsible for your wallet, private keys, seed phrases and devices, and for the exchange account on which the Agent runs. We cannot recover lost keys or reverse orders. The Agent requires exclusive use of the account: positions opened by you or by other software on the same account are treated as foreign and may cause the Agent to pause.
6Fees
The Service is currently provided free of charge. We may introduce a success fee of 15%, calculated only on realized profit above your account's high-water mark. There is no management fee and no fee on principal; in any flat or losing period the fee is zero. We will announce the effective date and the collection mechanism before any fee applies. Exchange trading fees, funding payments and bridge or network costs are not set by HyperSentinel and are borne by you.
7Assumption of risk
- Market risk. Perpetual contracts and digital assets are highly volatile and may lose value, including total loss. Positions are leveraged.
- Execution risk. Orders may fill partially, at worse prices, or not at all. Stops may not execute at their level.
- Model risk. The consensus signal is derived from observed positions of other traders. It can be wrong, late or absent.
- Carry risk. Funding rates change hourly and can turn negative. The two legs of a pair can diverge. Entry and exit cost trading fees.
- Third-party risk. The Service relies on Hyperliquid, bridge solvers, RPC providers and hosting that operate under their own terms and may fail.
- Regulatory risk. Laws affecting digital assets are evolving.
- No guaranteed returns. Past performance, live or displayed on the site, does not guarantee future results.
8No warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express, implied or statutory.
9Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HyperSentinel, its affiliates and contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost assets or lost data, arising from your use of the Service.
10Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HyperSentinel, its affiliates and contributors from any claim, loss, liability or expense arising from your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.
11Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful activity, money laundering or sanctions evasion; not to interfere with, attack or attempt unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure; and not to reverse-engineer the signal or resell access.
12Intellectual property
The site, its content, design and marks are owned by HyperSentinel or its licensors. These Terms grant you no license to them except to use the Service as intended.
13Third-party services
The Service interoperates with third-party protocols, exchanges and tools we do not control. Your use of any third party is governed by its own terms.
14Taxes
You are solely responsible for determining and paying any taxes arising from your use of the Service.
15Termination
You may stop the Agent and revoke the agent key at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, including for breach of these Terms. Positions on your account remain yours to manage on the exchange.
16Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the "Last updated" date constitutes acceptance.
17Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of operating entity's jurisdiction, to be specified.
