Privacy Policy

HyperSentinel is non-custodial software. It works on your own Hyperliquid account through an agent key that can place orders and can never withdraw.

This policy explains how HyperSentinel ("HyperSentinel", "we", "us") handles information in connection with the HyperSentinel website, the assistant and the trading agent (the "Service").

1Information we collect

  • On-chain and exchange data. Wallet addresses, positions, balances, fills and funding payments on Hyperliquid, and on the chains used for funding, are public or account-level data. We read them to run the agent on your account. We do not link them to your real-world identity.
  • Session data. A signed-in session is created from a wallet signature. We store the session identifier, the wallet address and the agent key we generate for your account, encrypted at rest.
  • Usage data. Aggregate, non-identifying analytics about how the site is used. The site makes no third-party tracking requests.
  • Communications. If you contact us, we process the information you choose to share.

We do not collect names, government IDs, payment-card numbers or your private keys. Never share your private key or seed phrase with anyone, including us.

2How we use information

  • To operate, secure and improve the Service.
  • To monitor performance, detect abuse and debug issues.
  • To respond to your enquiries.

3Aggregates shown publicly

The site shows aggregate figures about accounts running the agent, for example the number of accounts with an open position and the funding they received. These are totals only. No wallet address or per-account figure is published.

4Cookies and storage

The site uses only strictly necessary browser storage: your session, the remembered wallet, and a local journal of your own transfers so that an interrupted funding operation can be resumed. We do not sell personal data.

5Third parties

The Service interacts with Hyperliquid, public blockchains, bridge solvers and infrastructure providers (RPC endpoints, hosting). They operate under their own terms. Activity on an exchange or a blockchain is inherently visible to its operators and to the public.

6Retention and security

We keep operational data only as long as needed for the purposes above and apply reasonable technical measures to protect it, including encryption of agent keys at rest. No system is perfectly secure.

7Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. Because the core Service runs on an exchange and public blockchains, some data cannot be altered or erased by us.

8Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
